Although we had a little drizzle last night we still de decided to catch the ferry to Noosa. Over to the Marina & were a little late to catch the 10.30 ferry so Jenny & I had a look in one of my favourite shops “The White House”. It is easy to spend a lot of time here browsing as there is so much to look at!
We caught the ferry & sat up the top deck - no wind or rain so was very pleasant until it started drizzling so moved down stairs but it was still good & could see everything.Andy & Tony ready for takeoff 😜
Looking forward to our ferry trip 😁
Lots to see along the river & a few stops to let people on & off!
The Boathouse which is a floating restaurant & sunset bar at the top 🍹🥂Arrived at Noosa & went straight to the Surf Club for lunch (Andy was already hungry 😆) couldn’t get a table overlooking the beach but Jenny & I kept a watch & eventually got a great table where we could watch all the action 🏖 very pleasant sitting their enjoying the food, wine & views.
Noosa Surf Club 🥂
These dogs were out the front of an Art Gallery - they were very cute!
Stopped for a coffee in a lovely Cafe which reminded me of Paris ☕️
Wore my new hat for the photo - we did a lot of people watching as there were all sorts of dress codes here - people dressed up for weddings, surfies, tourists & us 🤣
Wandered around a few more shops & discovered a bar called Knock Knock & as we entered he said “Knock Knock - how are you?” We were seated at the bar overlooking Hastings Street & were about to order a drink & realised we might miss the ferry back so left & headed to the ferry!
It looked like it might rain so we decided inside might be best. The views were great & the river very calm.
Back to the van for a Happy Hour at Andy’s - decided we only needed a platter for tea as we were all too full from lunch 😜
