We were expecting road work noise from 5pm last night to 6am this morning but much to our amazement we didn’t hear much & slept quite well! Didn’t have to hurry this morning - only 30km to drive to next camp.
Left right on 10 am & drove along the coast till we found a cafe for coffee ☕️

On to Maroochydore Caravan Park - found our sites but a little difficult for both of us to get in - eventually in, had a quick chat to Dean & Jude & then back to van for lunch! Headed over with our coffees to catch up on the last few weeks. Jude & I had our fist champagne together 🥂 & Jenny had another drink (have to say I’m not sure what she had 🤣) - forgot to take a photo 😱
Decided it was too hard to cook tonight so Dean & Jude thought they were ok to come to the Surf Club for dinner 😊
We had a few laughs, a few wines, great meal & back to the van for an early night. We were all tired & ready for bed 😵💫I think Dean & Jude will sleep well tonight after their big outing 😜😴
